All of our machines go through careful inspection
and testing during the production process to guarantee they arrive at your address in excellent condition.
Positioning accuracy of the machine
We implement a screening process when looking for raw material suppliers based on material conditions and consistency on the delivery date. Our team also checks every component delivered from our partnered suppliers to ensure they are free of any defect and we also do the positioning accuracy of the machine before we delivery.
Testing
After our production process we will do the machine testing to test its performance. We need to make sure it’s perfect for our customers when they receive it. For Bending machine we will do bending test , for cutting machine we will do cutting test ,for laser machine we do lasering test. At the end we will run a 48 hours trial.
Packaging & Delivery
After our 48 hours trial we will send machine through the containers . The types of containers we will choose it according to the machine’s overall dimensions. We will provide transportation security for the machine. To make sure our customer will recieve a perfect machine.
